About The Role As a Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for delivering an elevated in-store experience while contributing to the boutique's sales success and maintaining the highest standards of presentation. You will: Deliver exceptional one-on-one customer service to every client. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to boutique performance. Share your knowledge of luxury jewellery and craftsmanship with confidence. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation. Assist with boutique operations, including stock management and after-sales service. Create a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated luxury retail experience. What We're Looking For Previous experience in luxury retail is essential , with fine jewellery or luxury timepiece experience highly regarded. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong clienteling skills and the ability to build long-term relationships. Polished personal presentation and excellent communication skills. Confidence working towards sales targets in a premium retail environment. An appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, heritage, and luxury products. Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
